Had an appointment with Harc hearing Beverley today… I have to say I was a little anxious as I havnt had my ears syringed for many years ( my last experience with the nhs had left me doubtful that this would even work) any way my partner made me the appointment so I went . As I walked in I was met with a smile and friendly conversation that made me feel instantly relaxed and welcome. I was talked through the procedure and felt confident that everything would be ok . I couldn’t praise them enough I can hear better than I have in years!! The procedure was well explained as he went along and the conversation made me feel at ease. The aftercare was also very good I was offered a drink and had time to get my bearings before I left. I highly recommend Harc hearing I would encourage anyone to have the procedure even if you feel doubtful honestly I can hear better now than I have for many years . A down to earth comforting experience from a lovely farther and son.

I visited about 5 years ago for ear wax removal and they were brilliant. I went back yesterday as I was having problems but they only found a small amount of wax, which they removed at no cost! They gave me a bit of advice about what may be causing the problem I was having. Thanks guys! What a great service!
Private, independent, family business. Great staff, knowledgeabke and approachable, real customer facing values that we expect but never really get in a bigger "franchise" operation. These guys take tge time to undrstand your needs and their attention to detail is brilliant. One VERY satisfied customer....
